We started the day with a breakfast outside in our backyard. We had all the family over- except for Russ and DanaLee. We ate pancakes (green apple with apple syrup, YUM!) and eggs (mountain man breakfast) cooked in the dutch oven. It was perfect weather and the food was great as well. The rest of the day was spent swimming and visiting with family, then fireworks. We even finished the day off with a swim until midnight playing water volleyball. It sure is nice to be close to family.

Sounds like a fun 4th of July :) It is fun to see your kids grow and hear about all the fun new projects going on at your house.
Mist! Yay. I was hoping you'd join the blogging world soon. I haven't posted in forever. I'm in the middle of potty-training and scrubbing carpets. Turns out, sunscreen doesn't protect carpet from the sun as Alec first thought. I'm so glad you found me. my new e-mail is my first name middle initial and last name at gmail. I haven't been able to get into my old account so I don't know what yours is. Come see us.
Love ya- Mandy
Hello! Bryce gave me the link to your blog. It looks great! I think it is so fun to keep in touch through blogging! Good luck these next 2 weeks getting ready for school.
